The August 23-29, 2002 and August 30-September 5, 2002 editions of the Boston Business Journal reported highlights of its interview with Rich May attorney Eric Krathwohl on two separate lawsuits involving the telecommunications industry. The first involved a $25,000,000 suit against Verizon concerning payments for reciprocal communications traffic exchange – an issue Krathwohl is handling for several other carriers. The second suit involved a claim of anti-competitive activities by cell-phone carriers and manufacturers.
