Rich May’s Eric Krathwohl moderates panel at Energy Conference

Rich May attorney Eric Krathwohl was the moderator for a panel entitled End Users in Commercial & Industrial Markets, which took place as part of the ninth annual Spring Conference of the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association, held in conjunction with the Connecticut Power and Energy Society. The conference, held in Boxborough, Massachusetts, attracted almost 300 people, including government officials and industry leaders. The panel explored actions large customers can take to save money on their energy needs, including distributed generation. Various industry experts discussed issues such as “ISO load response, competitive energy supplies, and on-site power.” Panel participants included prominent guests from RETX, Select Energy, Cost Containment, Inc., and Component Technologies, Inc. The Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA) is New England’s oldest and most broadly-based, non-profit trade association serving the competitive electric power industry. NECA’s mission is to facilitate an open forum among all electric power stakeholders to foster the development and maturation of competitive power markets.
